In close collaboration with a renowned OEM partner, ACR Automotive implemented a sophisticated, complete solution for tailgate attachment kits – a project that demonstrates how technical expertise and logistical sensitivity go hand in hand. A total of 60 individual parts were pre-assembled, labeled in color-printed bags, and securely packaged. This approach not only increases clarity and reduces potential sources of error during assembly, but also enables employees to work significantly faster and more efficiently.
Another key advantage lies in the sophisticated process control. Precise part allocation, seamless integration into existing production lines, and the clear structure of the packaging units significantly simplify logistics. This also has a noticeable economic impact: less waste, fewer delays, and greater stability in series production.
