WHEEL BEARING SETS

For an OEM customer, ACR Automotive took over the complete coordination of wheel bearing kits – including importing components from overseas and Europe. The goal: a smooth, high-quality, ready-to-install delivery, directly into series production.

 

To achieve this, the entire supply chain was carefully considered and optimized down to the last detail. The individual parts were delivered just-in-time, and pre-assembly was subject to the strictest quality standards. The focus was not only on technical requirements but also on economic objectives: reducing storage costs, accelerating delivery processes, and simultaneously ensuring the highest level of delivery reliability.
